Oolong tea

The leaves of the Camellia Sinsensis tea plant are used in making oolong tea. This type of tea is partially oxidized and sits between green and black tea. The ‘bud’ and some underlying leaves are picked for this type of tea. Oolong is a traditional Chinese tea. The Chinese name means ‘black dragon tea’. The flavor palette is very broad and depends mainly on the processing and terroir. Our oolong tea is 100% pure, which means that no flavors have been added.
