When an order has already been placed, it can unfortunately no longer be changed. If you have made a mistake in your address details, we advise you to contact us quickly to see if a change of address is still possible.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us. Depending on the status of your order, we will look at the options for you.

In the Netherlands you can register purchases free of charge for return within 14 days of receipt, provided you return the products in the condition in which they were delivered. In other countries outside the Netherlands you pay for the return of your package yourself.

Register your return by sending an email to info@haotcha.com.

Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email with further instructions.

Please ensure that the products are returned within 14 days of registering the return.

Within 14 days after receipt of your return, you will receive the amount paid back in the same way as the payment was made.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange a product. However, it is possible to return a product within 14 calendar days after delivery and to place a new order.
