We do our very best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible and correctly. Orders placed on working days before [12:00] are done, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet the usual delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
We ship orders to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, France, Spain, Italy, Austria and Sweden.
Outside the Netherlands, the usual delivery time can deviate from 1 to 2 working days. Depending on the country, this can vary from 3 to 7 working days.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will receive an email from us with every change in the status of your order. The track & trace link is shared with you immediately when the package has been handed over to our logistics partner. Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. The track & trace link will keep you informed as closely as possible.
