After logging in via your account on our webshop you can see the status of your order. We will also send you an email with every new step in the shipping process. As soon as a shipping label has been created and your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will also receive a Track & Trace link from us.

That depends on the country where your order is sent. For the Netherlands you can expect 1-2 working days, Belgium 2-3 working days and other countries 2-7 working days. You can track your package via the Track & Trace link you receive from us.

Within the Netherlands, the delivery costs are free if your order value (including VAT) is at least € 30.00. We use the standard rate of € 3.95 per order.
