Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to have an ordered product gift wrapped by us.
Some teas are exclusive and have limited editions. As soon as the next picking moment of this tea has taken place and we have approved the end product, the tea will be back in stock as soon as possible. Tea is a natural product and harvests can be disappointing, fail or not meet our requirements. It can then happen that a tea is not available for delivery for a while. Leave a message if you want to be kept informed.
When an order has already been placed, it can unfortunately no longer be changed. If you have made a mistake in your address details, we advise you to contact us quickly to see if a change of address is still possible.
During the ordering process you can choose from various payment methods. For the Netherlands and Belgium these are the following: iDeal, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, bancontact and bank transfer. We offer various payment methods for each country to which we deliver, which are common per country. This way you can make a choice based on your preferences.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange a product. However, it is possible to return a product within 14 calendar days after delivery and to place a new order.
In the case of a business order, you can enter your VAT number and company name during the ordering process. These are then stated on the invoice. You need this if you want to reclaim the tax levied from the tax authorities.
